Kuusi namibialaista vankeinhoidon asiantuntijaa kävi taannoin viikon opintomatkalla Suomessa perehtymässä täkäläiseen vankeinhoitolaitokseen ja syventymässä yhdyskuntapalvelun toteuttamiseen. Yhdyskuntapalvelu voisi ratkaista monia ongelmia, namibialaiset totesivat.
