'Staggeringly Slow' Progress on HIV

21.05.2007 Progress on pledges to achieve universal access to HIV prevention, treatment and care by 2010 "is staggeringly slow", warns a new report, with a third of AIDS deaths occurring in India, South Africa and Nigeria � three countries with some of the lowest scores on providing access to treatment.
