La Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos emitió su sentencia en un caso contra Colombia, que involucra la desaparición forzada de 19 comerciantes en la región de Magdalena Medio durante octubre de 1987. Este alto tribunal determinó por unanimidad que el Estado colombiano violó los derechos a la libertad personal, a la integridad personal y a la vida de todas las personas que hasta ahora se encuentran desaparecidas.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, November 5, 2002 (ENS) - Danish retailers and toy importers have been given one year to suggest how phthalate plasticizers could be removed from toys for children aged three to six. Announced Monday by Environment Minister Hans Christian Schmidt, the initiative is thought to be the first in Europe aimed at items for children over three.
