14.06.2005 Allo staff medico dell’organizzazione umanitaria Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF) è stato negato l’accesso a Songore, il campo profughi di 7.000 ruandesi che fuggirono verso il Burundi ai primi di maggio. La clinica di MSF all’interno del campo è ora sorvegliata dai militari dell’esercito burundese e lo staff medico non può entrare nei propri locali, privando così la restante popolazione delle cure mediche. Prima che a MSF fosse negato l’accesso a Songore, l’organizzazione effettuava oltre un centinaio di consultazioni al giorno.
