30.05.2006 Organizata për Demokraci Anti-Korrupsion dhe Dinjitet “Çohu” ka kryer një hulumtim lidhur me raportet mbi mënyrën e menaxhimit të Aeroportit të Prishtinës (AP) për periudhën 2000-2004 të bëra nga Zyra për shërbime të mbikëqyrjes së brendshme (OIOS) të OKB-së, Task Force dhe Komisionit Ad-hoc të ri-aktualizuara në fillim të marsit në Kosovë. Hulumtimi përfshinë paraqitjet publike të zyrtarëve vendor dhe ndërkombëtar, mendime të ekspertëve, raportime të gazetarëve në shtypin ditor, intervista me zyrtar e punëtorë të Aeroportit të Prishtinës të bëra në periudhën mars-maj të këtij viti.

27.05.2006 Domani 28 maggio la Colombia si appresta a riconfermare alla presidenza della Repubblica Alvaro Uribe, che ha modificato la Costituzione per farsi rinnovare il mandato. Continua il balletto delle cifre in merito alle elezioni presidenziali. Secondo l’agenzia di sondaggi “Invamer Gallup”, mentre fino a poche settimane fa Uribe veniva indicato come vincitore già nella prima tornata con almeno il 61% delle preferenze, ora potrebbe vedersi costretto al ballottaggio a causa di una progressiva perdita di consensi. Sono infatti in ascesa le intenzioni di voto per il candidato del Polo democratico alternativo, Carlos Gaviria, poiché, ha sottolineato, “il suo programma politico è orientato verso temi di carattere umanitario”. Il consenso al Presidente Uribe, a pochi giorni dalla data delle elezioni, si aggirerebbe attorno al 50% o poco più”, mentre Gaviria godrebbe dell’appoggio di circa il 24% degli elettori. Terzo il candidato del partito liberale, Horacio Serpa, con il 10%.

26.05.2006 Transparenca Ndërkombëtare Kroate organizon Konferencën e Parë Europiane Anti-Korupsion të Trasparencës Ndërkombëtare, e cila filloi sot në ishullin Brioni. Konferenca do të mbyllet me 28 Maj dhe ka grumbulluar përfaqësues të degëve kombëtare të TN nga Europa dhe Azia Qendrore si dhe një numër të madfh të përfaqësuesve të administratës publike të Republikës së Kroacisë.

26.05.2006 The Transparency International Croatia hosts the First European Anti-Corruption Conference of Transparency International that started today on Brioni Islands. The conference, which will be closed on May 28, gathers representatives of national branches of TI from Europe and Central Asia, as well as numerous representatives of the public administration bodies of the Republic of Croatia.

U radu konferencije koja će trajati do 28. 5. sudjeluju predstavnici nacionalnih ogranaka Transparency Internationala iz Europe i Srednje Azije te brojni predstavnici tijela javne vlasti iz Republike Hrvatske.

25.05.2006 Yesterday, in Zagreb, the Centre for Peace Studies organized a round-table discussion on the draft-Law on Security and Intelligence System of the Republic of Croatia. The draft has already passed the first reading at the Sabor (Croatian parliament), and the text is now in the process of preparation for the second reading. CMS estimates that there are several disputable points and, yet, there was not wider public debate on the proposal.

15.05.2006 Dokumenti i Gjelbër i Nismës së Transparencës Europiane (NTE) është lançuar nga Komisioni Europian më 3 Maj 2006. Dokumenti i Gjelbër na sjell tre aspekte të NTE-së në një document të vetëm që mbulon transparencën në aktivitetet lobuese, feedback në aplikimin e minimumit të standarteve për konsultimet dhe mbylljen e përfitimeve nga fondet e BE-së.

12.05.2006 U srijedu, 10. 5. 2006. u Zagrebu je održan okrugli stol na temu "Financiranje političkih stranaka i izbornih kampanja" u organizaciji Transparency Internationala Hrvatska (TIH). Kako je istaknuto na skupu, financiranje političkih stranaka i izbornih kampanja u Hrvatskoj nije transparentno jer tri postojeća zakona koja reguliraju ta pitanja ne uređuju načine stjecanja prihoda i dopuštene visine troškova.

Vo dokumentot se istovremeno iznesuvaat tri aspekti na ETI: transparentnost vo lobiranjeto, minimalni standardi za konsultiranje na zainteresiranite strani preku Komisijata i objavuvanje na podatoci za korisnicite na evropskite fondovi.

U dokumentu se zajedno iznose tri aspekta ETI: transparentnost u lobističkim aktivnostima, minimalni standardi za konzultiranje zainteresiranih strana preko Komisije i objavljivanje podataka o korisnicima EU fondova.
