31.01.2007 U vremenskom periodu od 22. novembra do 15. decembra 2006. godine, Omladinska informativna agencija (OIA) i Fondacija za kreativni razvoj (FKR) organizirali su akciju prikupljanja pisama podrške za formiranje budžeta za informatizaciju obrazovnog sistema u Bosni Hercegovini. Samu akciju je podržao velik broj nevladinih/omladinskih organizacija, studentskih asocijacija iz svih krajeva Bosne i Hercegovine (ukpno 47 organizacija sa 11 659 članova).
