28.06.2006 Kako je u ponedjeljak prenio Poslovni dnevnik, Vijece za elektronicke medije, institucija zadužena za dodjele koncesija radijskim i televizijskim postajama, donijelo je krajem maja Pravilnik o sadržaju prijave te sadržaju i načinu vođenja očevidnika (registra) nakladnika elektroničkih publikacija. Tim je pravilnikom određeno kako su svi nakladnici elektroničkih publikacija dužni prijaviti pubilikacije navedenom vijeću, a ukoliko to ne učine mogu biti kažnjeni novčanom kaznom do 100.000 kuna (oko 13.700 eura). Pritom se pod elektroničkim publikacijama podrazumijevaju “programski sadržaji koje fizičke ili pravne osobe prenose putem informacijsko-komunikacijskih veza na način da su dostupni širokoj javnosti bez obzira na njihov opseg” - dakle gotovo sve što se nalazi na webu.

28.06.2006 The US has perpetually been in denial about global warming, especially after the Earth Summit in Rio De Janerio held in 1992, but a recent report released by the US Climate Change Science Program (CCSP) may shake it out of its complacency. The report adds ammunition for lobbies within the US and forces outside it for pushing the world’s only superpower towards signing the 1997 Kyoto Protocol on global warming.
