Una pseudo-riforma che cancella norme avanzatissime, dai rifiuti alle acque alla valutazione d’impatto ambientale, che non risolve quella necessità di semplificazione delle leggi ambientali di cui ci sarebbe bisogno". Ora il testo tornerà alle commissioni parlamentari, che hanno 20 giorni per esprimere il parere definitivo, per poi arrivare di nuovo in Consiglio dei ministri per l'approvazione finale. Un vero passo indietro. "Se il Parlamento non riuscirà a bloccarla quando sarà chiamato ad esprimere il secondo parere, ci aspetta una deregulation senza limiti sui rifiuti, dall'apertura delle nostre frontiere a traffici incontrollati di rifiuti ferrosi e non, al ritorno alla tassa rifiuti ed alla totale disincentivazione della raccolta differenziata" afferma Vittoria Polidori di Greenpeace.
